Swedish or Relaxation massage is the most popular and oldest form of full body massage. Light to medium pressure is used. It focuses on the muscles and tissues of the body to relieve tension and improve circulation. Long and deliberate strokes permeate the experience, while the use of oils and lotions maximize it. Although most sessions are 60 minutes, targeted sessions of 15-30 minutes are available. 90 minute sessions allow a complete and total mind & body relaxation. Very soothing for daily build up of stress!
Deep Tissue, also know as Sports or Athletic, massage uses fists, elbows and knuckles to stretch deep layers of muscle, relieving tightness, tenderness, soreness, and chronic strain patterns. Medium to firm pressure is used. Although some discomfort may be experienced, increased flexibility and decreased tightness is progressively achieved. As with other table massage approaches, targeted sessions of 15 minutes are available. However, Deep Tissue massage can be also be performed in 30, 60, & 90 minutes sessions as well. Great for those physically active or those accustomed to regular massage.
Hot Stone massage uses heated stones of different sizes, weights, and dimensions during the massage to transfer heat and help alleviate tension and build up of stress, allowing you to reach a deeper and more profound state of relaxation. The carefully hand picked Mexican Beach Pebble stones are submerged in water at 150 degrees at least 4 hours before each session, allowing them to fully absorb the heat. The manner in which Hot Stone massage perfectly blends the lasting qualities of Deep Tissue with the pleasant and relaxing attributes of Swedish have made it our most popular and most requested massage ever.
Salt Glow massage rejuvenates the entire body by the usage of salts, minerals, and oils and releases tension by detoxifying and cleansing the skin of dead cells. Because Salt Glow massage is a total body experience and special preparation must be made in the therapy room, it is exclusively available in session of 60 & 90 minute sessions and advance notice is required. It is recommended at the changing of each season, four times per year.

Reflexology targets, through acupressure, specific points of the soles of the feet to bring relief to the entire body. Express sessions of 15 minutes are available with deluxe and complete sessions lasting 30 minutes.

Upper Body Seated (aka "Chair") massage is a clothed massage that seats you in a professionally designed chair to allow the therapist to focus on the neck, shoulders, upper and lower back area. It can be performed at our office or yours. And, weather permitting, is an excellent way to pamper yourself and others in an outdoor setting such as a company picnic, golf retreat, park adventure, or family reunion. Awesome pick-me-upper! With rates as low as $1 per minute, and with most sessions lasting between 5-25 minutes, Upper Body Seated massage is an economical way to reward your employees or treat yourself any day of the week!

We understand that as the busy executive you are, sometimes you don't have the time to schedule a massage at our office. Sometimes you need us at your office before an important meeting or after a stressful week. We also understand that you might not have the time or desire to invest an entire hour or more in a full body table massage. For you, we have developed our Corporate Executive Onsite (CEO) massage service. The rates for the actual massage remain the same as if you came here. However, depending on your needs, some additional fees and restrictions apply (See our Rates page for more details). The services available for CEO massage are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Upper Body Seated, and Reflexology.
